30-Day Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are applicable only to products purchased directly from Squegg.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in reasonable condition, along with all original accessories and packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
